TinyIMG Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions Updated by Nov 15, 2023

Commission Structure:

First Month: Affiliates are entitled to a 50% commission of the revenue from the initial month of a referred customer's paid TinyIMG plan.

Months 2 to 12: A 30% commission is earned for each of the following 11 months, provided the customer's TinyIMG subscription remains active.

Important: Post the 12-month period from initial subscription, commission earnings will cease for that referral.
Commission rates are applied after subtracting a 20% Shopify commission fee.

Payment Terms:

Minimum Payout: You will receive payment when your earnings add up to at least $50.

Payment Schedule: We calculate how much you earn at the end of each month. Then, we send the money to your PayPal account during the third week of the next month.

Important: Please make sure your PayPal account details are up to date in our system, as this is where we will send your payments.

Refund Policy:

Should a customer reverse their payment within 60 days of using TinyIMG, and if the refund is issued, the related affiliate commission for this transaction will be canceled.

Affiliate Link Use:

Affiliates will be provided with a unique referral link formatted as https//tiny-img.com?ref=youruniqueid, which must include "rel=nofollow" for tracking.

Important: Commissions are only credited when your "rel=nofollow" tagged affiliate links are used.

Cookie Tracking:

  • The affiliate referral link carries a 30-day tracking cookie.
  • Conversions are tracked when a new user installs TinyIMG and takes an action such as optimizing an image.

Prohibited Actions:

  • Affiliates are prohibited from earning commissions on their own purchases or through misleading marketing practices.
  • Affiliates must not use TINYIMG's name or variations for unauthorized advertising or promotions.
  • Affiliates are forbidden from purchasing email lists for marketing purposes.

Active Participation:

To retain active status, affiliates must refer at least one new active merchant to TinyIMG every 12 months.

Affiliate Eligibility:

Affiliates are selected based on the ability to generate daily traffic to an online property, provide related e-commerce services, or have a Shopify Partner Account.

Additional Affiliate Rules:

  • Content Creation: Affiliates are encouraged to create original content that adds value and includes their referral link.
  • Social Media Activity: Affiliates should actively promote TinyIMG on social media in a truthful and non-deceptive manner.
  • Email Marketing: Affiliates can engage in email marketing, provided they adhere to anti-spam laws and have obtained all recipients' consent.
  • Transparency: Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with TinyIMG whenever promoting the services.
  • Trademark Respect: Affiliates must respect TINYIMG's trademarks and branding, only using approved assets in their promotions.
